·  Pet Urine - Some time turns carpet and furniture yellow. Most of the times the yellowing can be removed with a brightener, but if the stain has set for to long sometimes it discolors the carpet and turns it yellow permanently.

·  Coffee - Most of the time coffee can be removed with brightener but there are times when it dyes the fiber brownish and will not remove.

·  Red stains - 85% of red stains can be removed the bad news 15% of them cannot be removed with chemicals although some of them can be remover with a steam transfer process. As for what will never come out I have never removed a spaghetti or chili stain. They will not come out no mater what you do and I have been cleaning carpets for over 28 years now.

·  As for all other spots and stains they should come out in the cleaning.

• Most of the time the pet odors can be removed with one simple treatment to remove the bacteria that causes odors.
• In some instances such as with cat urine if the urine goes into the concrete you may have to remove the carpet and padding and seal the concrete underneath. This is very rare as I have only had to do this 4 times in 30 years. Most of the time a simple treatment will take care and remove the problem.
